How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account and navigating to the 'Order History' section. There, you'll find a tracking number and a link to the courier's website for real-time updates.
What are the shipping options available?
The Shipping options available will depend on what products you wish to purchase. Regardless of what you are buying we will always try and find the most affordable and fastest shipping option for you.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you enter the wrong address on your order please contact us ASAP! If your order has not shipped yet we can edit your address. Unfortunately if the item has already shipped there isn't anything we can do. We do not re-ship or refund for incorrect addresses. It is up to the customer to enter a valid address when checking out.
Do you offer international shipping?
As of right now, Road Rush dose not offer international shipping. We currently only ship to Canada and the United States of America.
Returns & Refunds
Returning a Product
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ROAD RUSH product, you may return your purchase within 14 business days after receiving the item. In order to return a product, it must be new and unused, display no wear and tear, and be in its original packaging with all its original contents. Items may be returned by mail at customers expense.
Customized Products are exempt from the return policy and are considered final sale.
Refunds
All refunds are issued using the same form of payment that was originally used to complete the initial purchase. You will be refunded the total amount of your purchase minus a 20% restocking fee that excludes shipping and handling.
Exchanges
For Clothing and accessories:
Clothing:
All garments may be exchanged free of cost within 7 business days if original product is still in its packaging and retains original tags and extras included in the order. Shipping will be at buyers expense.
Accessories:
Accessories are not eligible for an exchange.
For Carbon Fiber Products:
We may exchange your carbon fiber product within 7 business days if it has not been installed and it still has original packaging with no damage to the product.
For Custom Products:
Custom Products are not eligible for an exchange.

Are road rush products new?
All Road Rush Products are new unless otherwise stated.
What are the turnaround times?
To keep costs affordable we don't have large overhead. Most of our products are made to order.

Is it real carbon fiber?
Yes... all products advertised as a carbon fiber product indeed is made of real carbon fiber :)
What is our warranty?
2 year warranty on steering wheel carbon fiber finish against heat cracks.

1 year warranty on both lights and module in case of malfunctioning.

1 year warranty on interior carbon fiber products from heat cracks and yellowing.

180 day warranty on exterior carbon fiber products against yellowing, layering or cracking.

2 month warranty on apparel and accessories against graphic cracking and premature wear and tear with reasonable cause.
Can i pickup locally?
Yes you can, you may select it at checkout.
Do the steering wheels retain all stock functions?
Yes they do as they are all built on top of stock steering wheels. The heating function can also be retained for an additional cost.
How do the LED shift lights connect?
The LED power taps into any constant 12v on your steering wheel. The data comes from a Bluetooth OBD II module.
Do I need to send in my own steering wheel?
All prices include a steering wheel, you can keep your original steering wheel. We use our own steering wheel frames.
