Shipping & Return Policy

1. Production & Processing Lead Times

Most of our carbon fiber parts are custom-crafted to ensure the highest quality weave and finish.

  • In-Stock Items: Processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom Steering Wheels & Bespoke Parts: Typically require a production lead time of 4–6 weeks before dispatch.

  • Oversized Body Panels (Hoods/Trunks): Please allow 7–10 business days for specialized freight crating and pickup.

  • Tracking: You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

2. Shipping Methods & Logistics

We utilize specific carriers based on the size and fragility of your theroadrush.com order:

  • Standard Ground: Small-to-medium items (mirror caps, interior trim, shift knobs) ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

  • LTL Freight: Large items (Carbon Fiber Hoods, Trunks, Fenders) ship via specialized freight carriers.

  • Delivery Appointments: A valid phone number is required for all freight orders. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window.

3. Mandatory Inspection Policy (The "Freight Rule")

Carbon fiber is a high-performance material. While we use reinforced crating, transit damage can occur. To protect your investment, please follow these steps:

  • Inspect Before Signing: You must inspect the package for any signs of damage before signing the delivery receipt.

  • Refusing Damaged Goods: If the box is crushed, punctured, or the carbon fiber is visibly cracked, refuse the shipment and note "Damaged" on the driver’s paperwork. Contact us at Support@theroadrush.com immediately.

  • 24-Hour Window: Any "hidden" damage discovered after opening must be reported to The Road Rush within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Liability: Once a shipment is signed for in "good condition," the carrier denies all liability. The Road Rush cannot guarantee a replacement for damage reported after a clean signature is provided.

4. Shipping Rates & Exclusions

  • P.O. Boxes: Due to the size of our parts, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or commercial address.

  • Address Accuracy: Any "Return to Sender" fees due to an incorrect address provided at checkout will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • International Shipping: The Road Rush ships worldwide. Customers outside of Canada are responsible for all Import Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees levied by local customs. We do not "under-value" shipments on customs forms.


5. Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Process & Shipping

To start a return, contact us at revvingrenegades@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: 85 Paisley Blvd. East, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada L5A 1P6

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Liability: The Road Rush holds no liability for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom and Made-to-Order Products: All custom carbon fiber products and made-to-order items (including, but not limited to, custom steering wheels) are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned. Each applicable product page will feature a disclaimer.

  • Apparel & Merch: Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing original tags are non-returnable.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
